You choose the items, and a TOPAMI operator purchases them on your game account. Lower prices come from regional price differences: we make the purchase through a region where it costs less and charge a small service fee.
1. Choose your items
Select currency packs, a subscription, or a Battle Pass on the game page. Check the items, quantities, and total before paying. Each order is for one game and one account.
2. Prepare your login
To fulfil the order, the operator needs access to the correct HoYoverse account. Enter your details only in TOPAMI’s designated form.
If you sign in with Google or Apple, link an email address and set a HoYoverse password beforehand. You do not need to share the password to your email, Google, or Apple account.
3. Confirm sign-in if requested
Genshin Impact requires a code sent by email. Wait for the request on your order page and enter the code there.
Our usual process for Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero does not require an email code. Additional checks imposed by HoYoverse may vary.
4. Wait for completion
The operator purchases your selected items and signs out. You can follow progress on the order page. Once the order is complete, check your purchases in the game.
