If you sign in to your game with Google or Apple, your order will require email and password access to the same HoYoverse account. Link an email address and set a password first.
1. Check your linked account
Open the account settings in your game and check which Google or Apple account is linked. Use the exact account connected to your game progress.
2. Open the HoYoverse website
Visit the official HoYoverse account website. Choose Google or Apple sign-in and log in with the correct account.
Do not create a separate account instead of signing in to your existing one.
3. Link an email address
In the personal information section, find the email linking option. Enter an address you can access and complete verification.
If an email is already linked, make sure you can receive messages there.
4. Set a password
Open the password and security section and set a password for your HoYoverse account. Section names may vary by language and website version.
Use a separate password, different from your email, Google, or Apple password.
5. Check your login
Try signing in to the HoYoverse website with your linked email and new password. Make sure it opens the same account.
Use this email and HoYoverse password when placing your TOPAMI order. You do not need to share your email inbox password.
