By ticking the box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give ADILGAZI LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN 221240032805, address: Duman microdistrict, building 50, Medeu district, Almaty, 050064, Kazakhstan), hereinafter the “Operator”, my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Purposes: placing and fulfilling my orders; maintaining my profile and TOP balance; buying and activating gift cards; video recording of the operator’s work for quality control and dispute resolution; responding to my requests and claims; taking part in the “Lucky of the Day” promotion; Service security and fraud prevention.
2. Data: email address; login or email and password of my game account, UID and server, verification code; order contents, amounts and statuses, promo codes, TOP credits and debits; sender’s name and message when buying a gift card; Telegram name and ID if I write via Telegram; the text of my requests; screen recording with my game account data; IP address, browser and device data.
3. Actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.
4. Processors and cross-border transfer: the Operator may entrust processing to the payment partner, hosting provider and email service listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy (topami.com/en/privacy) and transfer data to its employees and these processors in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Retention: login, password and verification code — until the order is completed or cancelled; video recording — 30 days after the order, or until the case is closed if a request is made; other data — for the periods in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Duration and withdrawal: this consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. It can be withdrawn by writing to support@topami.com from the email used in the order. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days. Data needed to fulfil an order already paid or to respond to a claim may still be processed after withdrawal on the grounds in Part 2 of Article 9 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.
7. I am 18 or older, or my parent (legal representative) agrees to the processing of my data.
Consent to Marketing and Informational Messages

By ticking the box, I give ADILGAZI LLP (address: Duman microdistrict, building 50, Medeu district, Almaty, 050064, Kazakhstan), hereinafter the “Operator”, my consent:
1. to receive marketing and informational messages about promotions, discounts, new products and giveaways by email and in the Telegram bot @topami_shop_bot;
2. to the processing of my personal data for this purpose: email address and Telegram ID. Actions with data: collection, recording, storage, use and deletion. The Operator may entrust sending to the email service SMTP.bz (Russia).
This consent is valid until withdrawn. It can be withdrawn at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to support@topami.com. After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending messages immediately (Article 18 of the Federal Law “On Advertising”) and within 30 days deletes data collected only for newsletters.
Emails about payments, orders, refunds and gift cards, and sign-in links, are not advertising: they are sent regardless of this consent.
