1. The organiser is ADILGAZI LLP (Republic of Kazakhstan, BIN 221240032805, address: Duman microdistrict, building 50, Medeu district, Almaty, 050064, Kazakhstan), email support@topami.com.
2. What it is. An incentive promotion: every day one random paid order becomes free — its amount is returned to the participant in TOP. There is no separate fee to take part.
3. Dates. From 26.10.2026 until the end of the promotion is announced on this page. The Organiser announces changes to the dates on this page at least 7 days in advance.
4. Who takes part. Every order on topami.com or in the Telegram bot @topami_shop_bot paid within a Moscow-time day (00:00:00 to 23:59:59). One order is one chance; the order amount does not matter.
5. Who does not take part. Orders cancelled or refunded before the draw; gift card purchases; test and internal orders; orders placed by the Organiser’s employees.
6. How the winner is chosen. One order per day, at random. For each day, before the day starts, the Organiser generates a random 256-bit number with a cryptographically secure generator and publishes its SHA-256 hash in the promotion block. The day’s entries are sorted by ascending order ID, and the winner is the entry with number (number mod entries) + 1. After the draw the number is published in the promotion block, so anyone can check that its hash matches the one published in advance and that the winning number was calculated correctly. The number cannot be derived from the hash, so the hash gives participants no advantage, and the Organiser cannot change the number after the hash is published. If there were no paid orders that day, there is no winner.
7. The prize. TOP equal to the amount the participant paid for the order after any promo code. If the order was partly paid with TOP, the full order amount is credited.
8. How to receive it. TOP is credited automatically right after the draw to the TOP balance of the email used in the order; if there is no profile, one is created. The winner receives an email with a link to sign in to the profile.
9. What kind of TOP it is. Bonus TOP: it can be used to pay for TOPAMI products and is not paid out as money (clause 8.6 of the Terms of Service).
10. If the order is cancelled. If the winning order is later cancelled with a refund, the TOP credited under the promotion is debited up to the unspent balance.
11. What is shown on the website. The winner’s profile nickname (if no nickname is set — “Traveler” and the profile number), the game, the date and the amount. The Organiser does not publish the email or order number. To hide the nickname, the participant can contact support.
12. Other. By placing an order, the participant agrees to these rules. Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy (topami.com/en/privacy). Questions go to support: the chat on the website or Telegram @topami_com.
