At TOPAMI, operators handle top-ups. They use other-region pricing: an operator signs into the game account, buys the selected items, and signs out when the order is done.
1. You build a selection
Choose Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, or Zenless Zone Zero. You can add several packs, a subscription, and a Battle Pass in one order. Each item has its own quantity; the total is visible before checkout.
One order is for one game and one account. Another game or account needs a separate order.
2. The order goes into progress
After payment is confirmed, the order page shows items, amount, and event history. Payment and fulfillment are tracked separately. Contact uses the email from checkout.
3. If a code is needed — the request appears on the site
Sign-in may require an extra confirmation. The request appears on the order page. Do not send the code in Telegram or support chat.
4. Topped up — signed out
When the order is finished, the operator signs out immediately. We do not store the game account login or password.
Every top-up can be verified
We record the top-up on video and keep a receipt. Within 30 days after completion you can request the recording or purchase confirmation. Materials are then deleted.
