Every top-up is recorded on video, and the purchase is confirmed with a receipt. That way you can check that the order was fulfilled on your account.
How to request materials
On a completed order page choose video, receipt, or both. Requests are accepted within 30 days after completion. Later the recording and receipt are deleted.
