A top-up should still feel good after the order is complete. That means paying for the purchase properly, as well as delivering the currency.
We use our own cards
TOPAMI pays with its own payment cards. We do not use stolen cards or anyone else’s payment details without permission.
We do not reverse completed purchases
We do not request payment refunds after delivering a top-up. Our process does not involve deliberately reversing a payment and leaving a player to deal with a currency deduction.
Several years of experience help us check completed orders and retain proof of each purchase.
If your balance looks wrong
Send support your order number, the game, and a description of what changed. If there is an in-game notice, include a screenshot without passwords or verification codes. We will check the payment and fulfilment.
Currency purchased through TOPAMI will not be deducted because of a reversal of our payment: we pay with our own cards and do not reverse completed top-ups.
